Maybe tomorrow I’ll dress up and go downtown. I’m just scared to go to bars alone from past experiences. I hope this city is as friendly as people say it is.
So I walk outside to get the mail and an old man, who’s unpacking vegetables out of his car, offers me some of these. I ask him where he got them and he said at the farmer’s market down the street. He says he has plenty (he has a whole van full!) and literally starts handing me some. I chatted with him for a bit and thanked him. At least it’s healthy food not candy or something! haha! This town is full of surprises.
Biked to rockford, about 10 miles, and I forgot my debit card…grrr. Guess I’ll mosey about a bit then head home for lunch. Beautiful day though :)
So I’m out and about in grand rapids (wyoming technically) and I have no idea where to go for a good coffee shop. Somewhere where theres a decent amount of people. Hmm. Maybe I’ll go more towards downtown. If anyone has any suggestions for one feel free to message me :)

So. I’ve been in GR for about a week and a half - 2 weeks now. I still have yet to meet the locals. Augh.
I’ve been spending a lot of time working out and applying for jobs, maybe I should kick back a bit and meet some people. Not sure where to go in town though. I’m not the “Night club” kind of girl. Maybe a coffee shop or something. hmm.
